1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING OVER THE FREE METHODS OF ENTRY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. This giveaway is not open to residents of Puerto Rico, any other U.S. territory, Florida, New York, Rhode Island or Washington. Employees, contractors and owners of WAY-EZ and of Winwrx, their affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members of each are not eligible. Each entrant must hold one account, registered to a phone number or email address they control and have confirmed.

3. Sponsor and Administrator

The giveaway is sponsored by WAY-EZ, 4300 SW Fairview Circus , Portland, OR 97221 US (the "Sponsor"). It is administered on the Winwrx platform, which records entries, conducts the drawing and publishes the result as described in Section 12. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, X or any other platform.

4. How to Enter

Every route below places Entries in your account. Entries are used to enter this giveaway under Section 5 and are worth the same whichever route they came from. During a multiplier period (Section 6) every route is multiplied alike.

• Free - daily check-in. Open the WAY-EZ app or website and check in once a day to receive 5 entries, with additional entries at the milestones shown on the check-in screen. No purchase is required and no payment method is needed.
• Free - by mail. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, date of birth, phone number, email address and the name of this giveaway on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a separately stamped envelope to: WAY-EZ, 4300 SW Fairview Circus , Portland, OR 97221 US. Each card received is worth 200 entries - the same number a purchase of ¤10.00 earns. There is no limit to the number of cards you may send; each must be mailed separately. Cards must be postmarked by 10/04/2026 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time and received by 10/11/2026 Pacific Daylight Time. The postmark date determines eligibility and any multiplier; where a card carries no legible postmark, the date received is used. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied or illegible cards are void.
• Free - activities. Where WAY-EZ offers activities in the app that award entries (for example, checking in, commenting, or watching a video), the entries awarded are shown with the activity. Activities are available to every account holder without purchase.
• With a purchase. Products marked as earning entries award up to 20 entries for each dollar of the product's listed price, counting a part of a dollar as a dollar. The number each product carries is set by WAY-EZ within that and is shown on the product before you buy. Paying less for a product does not earn you fewer: a sale, a coupon, a member's discount or a member's credit all reduce the price and leave the entries as shown. Entries earned by a purchase are placed in your account when the order is paid, and are deducted if the order is refunded or the product returned - whether or not they have been used, so your balance may go below zero until entries you earn afterwards bring it back. Purchasing to obtain entries with the intention of returning the product is a violation of Section 16.
• By redeeming Points. Entries may be obtained from the Redeem shelf in the store at 2,500 Points per entry. Points are earned free - by playing the games, which are free to play, by checking in daily and by other activities - and have no cash value.
• With a membership. Where WAY-EZ offers a paid membership that includes Entries, the number it includes each month is stated on the plan before you join and is placed in your account at the start of each billing period. It is the same number however the membership is billed. A membership is not necessary to enter or win, and it does not improve your odds over the free routes above.
• Entry packs. Where offered, entries may be purchased outright at the same rate of 20 entries per dollar. Purchased entries are subject to Section 14.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or garbled, or for technical failures of any kind. If an online route is unavailable, the free routes remain open.

5. Entering the Giveaway

Entries in your account are used to enter a giveaway by choosing the giveaway in the app or on the website and selecting how many entries to use. To enter you must have confirmed the phone number or email address on your account, because it is how a winner is reached. Entries used are recorded with the date and time they were used and are not returned. Only entries used before the closing date and time in Section 7 take part in the drawing.

6. Multiplier Periods

The Sponsor may announce a multiplier period with a start date, an end date and a factor. Every entry earned or received during the period, by every route in Section 4 - purchases, check-ins, activities, Points redemptions, entry packs and mailed cards alike - is multiplied by that factor. Mailed cards are placed in the period by their postmark date.

7. Giveaway Period and Drawing

The giveaway opens at 09/28/2026 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time and closes at 10/04/2026 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (the Sponsor's local time). The drawing takes place on 10/12/2026 Pacific Daylight Time, after the period allowed for mailed cards to arrive. 1 winner(s) and a set of alternates are selected at random, in one pass, by the Winwrx platform from all eligible entries used in this giveaway. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries used.

8. Prize

The prize is Robot Vacuum, with an approximate retail value of $300.00. 1 prize(s) will be awarded. The prize is awarded as described; no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent is permitted at the winner's request. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, or is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed before it is delivered by fire, flood, accident, act of God or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value in its place, and the winner has no claim in respect of the original prize.

9. Prize Conditions

The prize is delivered or made available for collection as the Sponsor specifies when the winner is confirmed, and a winner who does not take delivery or collect within the period stated forfeits the prize. A winner may be required to present government-issued photo identification. Any costs not stated as part of the prize - including shipping outside the stated area, and, for a vehicle, registration, licensing, insurance and any compliance or delivery charge - are the winner's responsibility. Prizes are awarded as is, without warranty of any kind by the Sponsor beyond any manufacturer's warranty that transfers with them.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Winners are notified at the confirmed phone number or email address on their account within two business days of the drawing. A winner must respond within 30 days of notification and may be required to confirm eligibility. If the prize, or the prizes the winner receives from the Sponsor in the same calendar year, are valued at ¤2,000 or more, the winner must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release (where permitted by law) and an IRS Form W-9 within 30 days of the request, and the prize is not awarded until they are received. A winner who does not respond, cannot be reached, does not complete the required documents, is found ineligible, or declines the prize forfeits it, and the next alternate is contacted in the order drawn. The Sponsor may disqualify a winner it determines to be ineligible under Section 2; the Sponsor may not otherwise redraw.

11. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued at ¤2,000 or more in total that a winner receives from the Sponsor in a calendar year will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC in the winner's name.

12. Publication of Winners

Once the drawing has been run, the Winwrx platform publishes the result on this giveaway's page in the app and on the website, showing each winner's first name and last initial as the platform is configured, together with the date of the drawing. This publication is made by the platform and is not subject to the Sponsor's control. A list of winners may also be requested within 60 days of the drawing by writing to the Sponsor's address in Section 3, enclosing a self-addressed stamped envelope.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize a winner consents to the Sponsor's use of their first name, last initial, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with this giveaway, without further compensation.

14. Purchased Entries

Entries obtained with a purchase, with Points or as an entry pack are not refundable, have no cash value, are not transferable and do not expire. If this giveaway is cancelled before the drawing, entries used in it are returned to the accounts that used them and may be used in the Sponsor's next giveaway. Entry packs are offered only where the Sponsor's payment processor permits their sale.

15. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the giveaway is used to administer it - to record entries, conduct the drawing, verify and contact winners and publish results as described in Section 12 - and is handled as described in the WAY-EZ Privacy Policy. Mailed cards and the information on them are retained for three years after the drawing and then destroyed.

16. Conduct and Integrity

Entries and rewards may be obtained only as these Official Rules provide. Any attempt to obtain entries, Points or plays by any other means - including exploiting a defect, error or vulnerability in the Service or in any game; using automated, scripted or bulk means to enter, check in, play or accumulate rewards; tampering with or interfering with the Service, its software, its interfaces or its data; holding or using more than one account; colluding with any person, including any employee, contractor or agent of the Sponsor or of Winwrx, to have rewards or entries added to an account; or any other fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest means - is a violation of these Official Rules. The Sponsor and Winwrx may void any entries and rewards so obtained, correct the balances concerned, disqualify the entrant from this and any future giveaway, refuse to award or reclaim any prize, and pursue any remedy available at law or in equity. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Service or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may violate criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Drawings are performed by the Winwrx platform by random selection from all eligible entries recorded, and are logged. Mailed cards are transcribed into the platform by the Sponsor with a confirmation code written on each card.

17. Limitation of Liability and Release

By participating, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor, Winwrx, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the giveaway or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including any injury, loss or damage, and any technical, printing or typographical error, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except where prohibited, an entrant's remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of participation, and no entrant may recover punitive, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages or attorneys' fees, or seek to have the giveaway enjoined.

18. Modification, Suspension and Cancellation

The Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, a defect in the Service or a game, or any cause beyond its reasonable control - including fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, act of God, civil disturbance or government action - impairs its integrity or proper conduct. If the giveaway is cancelled before the drawing, Section 14 applies to entries used in it; if the prize is affected, Section 8 applies.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These rules and the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis and not as a class, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

20. Winner Contact and Scams

Winners are contacted only at the phone number or email address confirmed on their account, and only by the Sponsor or through the Winwrx platform. Neither will ever ask a winner to pay a fee, provide a credit or debit card number, or send money to receive a prize, and neither will first contact a winner through social media. Any such request is not from the Sponsor and should be reported to frankahalpin@gmail.com.

21. General

Entry constitutes acceptance of these rules and of the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the giveaway. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Questions may be directed to WAY-EZ at frankahalpin@gmail.com or (503) 555-1212.
